About FITCOP 2.0
FITCOP 2.0 is the integrated digital health platform of the Telangana State Police. It builds on lessons from the FITCOP 1.0 pilot and brings together field health screening, follow-up management, dashboards and bilingual education on a single secure stack.
Our mission
Police personnel face elevated risks of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and stress-related conditions. FITCOP 2.0 helps the Police Department intervene early through structured screening, longitudinal tracking and a culture of preventive wellness.
What it powers
- Screening: a 6-step protocol covering identity, disease history, CBAC, vitals and clinician notes.
- Risk-based follow-ups:automatic 15 / 20 / 180-day reminders depending on the officer's current risk level.
- Health Hub:evidence-based articles, videos and bulletins authored by the State Chief Medical Officer's editorial team.
- Dashboards: live KPIs at unit, district and state level for evidence-based decision-making.
- Mobile app: officers carry their personal health record, schedule and notifications wherever they go.

The platform supports eight personas with strict role-based access:
