FITCOP 2.0 ("the Platform") is operated by the Telangana State Police Health Cell. This policy explains what personal and health information the Platform collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information we collect

  • Identification details (name, PEN number, rank, station, district).
  • Contact details (official email, WhatsApp / phone numbers).
  • Health information captured during screenings (history, CBAC, vitals, follow-ups).
  • Device data for the mobile app (FCM token, OS version) for notification delivery.

Access controls

Access to identifiable health data is restricted to clinical staff and designated Nodal Officers/Unit Heads in the officer's station hierarchy. Statewide leadership views aggregated, de-identified statistics by default.

  • Two-factor authentication enforced for administrative and clinical roles.
  • Audit logs for create / update / delete actions.

Retention
