These terms govern access to and use of the FITCOP 2.0 platform ("the Platform") operated by the Telangana State Police.

Eligibility

Authenticated areas of the Platform are accessible only to serving members of the Telangana State Police and personnel authorised by the Director General of Police. Public sections (homepage, Health Hub) are open to all.

Acceptable use

• You agree to use the Platform only for official wellness duties.
• Sharing of credentials or session tokens is strictly prohibited.
• Attempts to access data outside your assigned scope may attract disciplinary action under departmental rules.

Health information

Health content published on the Health Hub is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Officers with concerns should consult a qualified medical professional.

Service availability

The Telangana State Police strives to keep the Platform available 24×7 but does not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

Changes to these terms

The Department may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform and via official email.
